Security updates

Plugins, libraries, PHP, server kernel, SSL certificates. All updated regularly so no exploitable holes remain for hackers or automated bots.

Small changes included

1-4 monthly hours of on-demand changes: text changes, photo replacements, simple adjustments. You no longer wait to bundle several changes so it is "worth it".

Priority technical support

Email, phone, WhatsApp. We reply within 4 hours max on business days. For premium subscriptions, 1-hour SLA, including weekends.

Monthly reporting

The process, in 4 steps

We check the current state of your site: software versions, known vulnerabilities, server configurations, existing backups. We identify what needs to be fixed now and what enters continuous maintenance.
We configure uptime monitoring, automatic daily backup in the cloud, security alerts. Everything that happens with your site is logged and verifiable.
Monthly: we apply security updates, check performance, optimise the database, test backups. You get a summary email.
When you need to change something (text, photo, banner, article), you write to us on WhatsApp/email. We work within the hours included in the plan. Big changes are discussed separately.

No, but we have separate web hosting services that combine perfectly with maintenance. If you already have hosting elsewhere, we can work directly there, without changing anything.

We get an automatic alert within 5 minutes max. For standard subscriptions, we intervene during business hours. For premium subscriptions, 24/7 SLA, including weekends and holidays.

Yes, without penalties. The contract is monthly, you give 7 days notice. At the end you get all access and backups, so you can continue with someone else or manage it yourself.

By the hour, transparently: €25-40/hour depending on complexity. Before starting, you get a clear estimate (e.g. "redesign contact page = 2 hours"). You approve, we work, we bill exactly.
