XNK Solutions, in its current form, was born in 2026, with the decision to merge two young Cluj entrepreneurs: Andrei M. and Andrei C. The first, a programmer by trade, has run his own IT company since 2018, delivering sites, online shops and automations for businesses in Romania. The second, a visionary with an appetite for business, is co-founder of Simple Rent (rent-a-car services in Cluj-Napoca, launched in 2022) and founder of Sofer Personal Cluj (launched in 2023 as a service within Simple Rent, becoming an independent business with separate management from 2025). He brings the operational, commercial and strategic growth side to the equation.
Their desire to evolve and form a small Cluj corporation began taking root back in 2024, when the two started planning a future together. Two years later, in 2026, the plans took shape: XNK Corporation was officially founded, and XNK Solutions became one of the group's three main brands, alongside XNK Hosting (servers and web hosting in Cluj-Napoca) and XNK Media (photo-video, creative and digital marketing).
This merger is not just a sum of companies. It is a promise made to our clients: a single partner who understands both the technical side and the business side, capable of delivering from presentation sites and online shops to complex B2B platforms and automations that save hundreds of hours monthly.

A programmer by trade, with over 7 years of hands-on experience in web and mobile development. He has run his own IT company in Cluj-Napoca since 2018, delivering over 100 projects: presentation sites, online shops, API integrations, custom systems for SMEs in Romania and Europe.
In XNK Corporation, he leads the technical side: software architecture, code quality, security, maintenance and DevOps. He believes good code shows over 5 years, not 5 days, and that every client deserves scalable solutions, not short-term patches.
An entrepreneur with an appetite for calculated risk, co-founder since 2022 of Simple Rent (rent-a-car services in Cluj-Napoca) and founder of Sofer Personal Cluj (personal driver with car for events, airport transfers, corporate trips). Sofer Personal Cluj was launched in 2023 as a service within Simple Rent and, from 2025, operates as an independent business with separate management. He knows from the inside the challenges of an SME owner: how to sell, how to keep a client, how to manage a team, how to scale without losing service quality.
In XNK Corporation, he handles strategy, sales, client relationships and partnerships. His philosophy: technology must solve real business problems, not be "cool" just for programmers. All decisions start from the question "how does this change the client's life?".

Andrei C. launches Sofer Personal Cluj (personal driver for events, transfers and trips), initially as a service added within Simple Rent. In parallel, Andrei M.'s IT company exceeds 100 projects delivered for SMEs in Romania.

Sofer Personal Cluj splits from Simple Rent and becomes an independent service with separate management. In parallel, the two Andreis work on the strategy, due diligence and legal planning of the merger. The XNK Corporation structure takes shape: three specialised brands under one umbrella.
XNK Corporation is officially founded, through the merger of Andrei M.'s IT company with Andrei C.'s businesses (Simple Rent and Sofer Personal Cluj). Three new IT brands appear simultaneously under the group umbrella: XNK Solutions (IT), XNK Hosting (servers) and XNK Media (creative and marketing).
