1-2 hours together. You show us step by step how you work today: what input you have (email, order, form), what you do with it, where it goes. We identify exactly where time is lost and where errors occur.

We draw the automated flow: which systems connect, which business rules, which notifications need to be sent. You approve the diagram before we start building.

We build the automation, connect external systems (SmartBill, Sameday, Google, etc.), test with real data but in an isolated environment. You see the results before we go live.

We go live, monitor the first 2-4 weeks to make sure everything runs OK. We adjust as needed. Then you go on autopilot, we only step in if you change rules.
